About Us
Mike comes from a technical background within building services engineering and senior project management for a large public sector company.
Mike is a registered SAP assessor under the government scheme and is authorised to provide energy ratings for SAP 2002, SAP 2005.
Mike has recently acquired Building Research Establishment and UKAS certification under their competent person scheme Cert No. ERC3004 and a listing in BRE red book, to provide SBEM energy ratings for commercial new build.
We provide free telephone advice on the new Part L1 and Part L2 building regulations.
